Cancellation can be done 48 hours before arrival in the hotel without any fee. If you are over the cancellation time the fee will be one night charge. For early check-outs if you inform 48 hours before arrival date the fee will be one night charge. If you inform after you arrive hotel the fee will be all nights charge.

We have free arrival airport transfer from Atatürk Airport to hotel for 3 or more nights reservations which is made directly with us.
Two way free airport pick-up service is available( from and to Istanbul Ataturk Airport) for the direct reservations for six or more nights.
Your reservation will be guaranteed by your credit card. We ask credit card details only for guarantee, we do not charge anything from your card , you can pay cash or by credit card on your arrival. If cancel is less then 48 hours prior to arrival date, in this case there would be a 1 night charge as No Show.
Group rates are available on reguest. Cancellation payment procedures are different for group reservations.
